Dashboard Confessions

This post is long overdue. The best word to describe my situation right now is chaos. I've put myself in bad positions this entire semester that has lead me to my evident doom. But like they say it ain't over til the fat lady sings. One week left to decide my fate in the program. But maybe it's my fate to fail in this endeavor, to only succeed in another. Life has multiple paths that lead us to find the road we are all so desperately looking for. Sometimes getting on the highway won't save time because there is a crash causing traffic impeding us to our destination. Shortcuts aren't always the solution to get somewhere quicker either. It all depends on the how the lights turn. Wherever you plan on going, you have a full tank of gas to get there. But always remember that, when you feel like your fuel is getting low; you can always pull over and fill the tank back up. The only thing that keeps is from our destination, is ourselves.
